International Skating School USA
The International Skating School USA was formed by "88 Olympian" Sharon Jones Baker and World Team Member Stephen Baker, with the specific intent of offering first class figure skating instruction for all ages, levels and disciplines based on a "fast track" format.
Using a unique combined knowledge, understanding and experience, our dream is to create a world class training program in the sport at which we have trained, competed and performed internationally our entire lives.
With our expertise, and occasionally that of other coaches, both on and off the ice, we are able to offer customized training programs for all. Whether you are taking your first steps on the ice with nothing more than a passion and a dream to succeed, or are already a competitive skater then we can tailor a training program that is right for you.
We have brought successful techniques from around the world to the school, while adding our own creative approach to develop a training system that is individualized for each skater.
However, competition is not a singular goal. Discipline, character development and teamwork are skills children will use and depend on throughout their lives.
